Privacy Policy
Garden Pet Memorials is a small, UAE-based business offering personalised outdoor memorial stones and plaques for pets. This page explains what information we collect when you visit this website or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it in plain language rather than dense legal text.
Who we are
Garden Pet Memorials is operated by Agility Arabia FZCO, based in Dubai, UAE. For anything on this page, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact us at petmemorials@agilityarabia.com or on WhatsApp.
What we collect
We don't run an on-site checkout, so almost everything we collect comes directly from you when you message us to place an order. That typically includes:
- Your name, phone number (WhatsApp) and/or email address
- A photo of your pet and any details you'd like engraved (name, dates, a short message)
- Your delivery address, to get the memorial to you
We also collect some general information automatically when you browse this website, such as the pages you view and how you interact with them, using the analytics tools described below.
How we use it
- To discuss, design, confirm and deliver your memorial order
- To communicate with you about your order on WhatsApp or email
- To understand how visitors use this website, so we can improve it
We don't use your information for third-party advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.
Payment
This website does not collect or store any card or bank details. Payment is arranged directly with us (for example by payment link or bank transfer) once you've approved your design, outside of this website.
Cookies and analytics
Like most websites, this one uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to understand how it's being used:
- Google Analytics, which gives us general statistics on visits and traffic sources.
- Contentsquare, which helps us see how visitors move through and interact with the site (for example, which sections get read and where people drop off), so we can make the site clearer and easier to use.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use the site, such as scrolling, clicks and mouse movement, as session replays and heatmaps. Clarity masks text you type into fields, and we use these recordings only to spot problems and improve the site.
These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can control or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking them won't stop you from browsing or ordering, but may limit some site functionality.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We may share the minimum needed with:
- Our courier, to deliver your memorial to you
- Our production partner, to make the physical memorial (your pet's photo and engraving details only)
- The analytics providers named above, who process usage data on our behalf
We may also disclose information if required to do so by UAE law or a valid legal request.
How long we keep it
We keep order details (your contact information, delivery address and order specifics) for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet any bookkeeping or legal obligations afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. Website analytics data is retained by our analytics providers under their own standard retention periods.
Your rights
Under the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete or stop processing your information, where applicable
- Object to how your information is used
To exercise any of these, just message us on WhatsApp or email petmemorials@agilityarabia.com and we'll respond directly.
Children
This website and our products are intended for adults arranging a memorial for a pet. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time, for example if we change how the site or ordering process works. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
